Requirements

• Functional knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Any experience with AutoCAD Architecture, AutoCAD MEP, Land Desktop, Civil 3D, Revit Architecture, Revit Structure, or Revit MEP is a plus.
• Good technical communication skills- both written and verbal.
• A solution-based approach to solving customer requirements.
• Outstanding problem solving skills with a “get it done” attitude and strong self-motivational attributes.
• The aptitude and patience to provide over-the-phone technical support.
• High standards for yourself, your products, and your services.

• The desire to learn and thrive in a team atmosphere.
• Minimum of a three-month commitment

Responsibilities

• Process all incoming (via web, email, and phone) support issues.  Ensuring that data entry is as detailed as possible so that it may be quickly addressed by techs if required.
• Resolve AutoCAD calls either directly or indirectly (via Knowledge Base).
• Assist with Solution creation and Knowledge Base management

Compensation

• $9.50/hour
• (1) free Ideate class after 90 days
• Opportunity for advancement!
